Circulation and derestriction of documents back to top
The circulation and derestriction of Committee documents since the end of 2002 are addressed in a Decision of the Committee. The circulation and derestriction of earlier Committee documents are governed by two earlier Decisions of the Committee GPA/1, Annex 4-5 and GPA/1/Add.2.
Modifications to the loose-leaf system for the Appendices to the Agreement
Modifications to the Appendices to the Agreement are governed by
Article XXIV:6 of the GPA.
Procedures for modifications to the loose-leaf system in which the
Appendices are maintained and updated are set out in documents GPA/W/35/Rev.1 and GPA/W/110.
Notification and review of Parties' national implementing legislation and any changes thereto back to top
Pursuant to a Decision by the Committee on Government Procurement Parties are required to notify their national implementing legislation to the Committee. Under a Decision of the Committee, these initial notifications shall be reviewed by the Committee.
Further, pursuant to
Article XXIV:5(b) of the Agreement on Government Procurement, Parties shall also inform the Committee of any changes in their procurement laws and regulations.

Thresholds back to top
Parties' coverage thresholds are expressed in Special Drawing Rights in the various Annexes to each Party's Appendix I to the Agreement. Pursuant to a Decision by the Committee on Government Procurement GPA/1, Annex 3, Parties are required to regularly update information on the value of their coverage thresholds in national currencies.

Statistics back to top
According to
Article XIX:5 of the Agreement on Government Procurement, each Party shall collect and provide to the Committee on an annual basis statistics on its procurements covered by this Agreement.

Observers
The participation of observers in the work of the Committee is spelt out in
Article XVII of the GPA as well as in a Decision of the Committee GPA/1, Annex 1.
Accession-related back to top
Pursuant to
Article XXIV:2 of the Agreement on Government Procurement, any WTO Member may accede to the Agreement on terms to be agreed between that Member and GPA Parties. According to a Decision by the Committee on Government Procurement GPA/1, Annex 2 and some further relevant documents GPA/35 and GPA/W/109/Rev.2, WTO Members wishing to apply for accession are required to make an application, provide information on their national legislation and submit a coverage offer. Relevant documents are available under two categories:
