Ministers
agree that the participants maintaining restrictions falling under
paragraph 1 of Article 2 of the Agreement on Textiles and
Clothing shall notify full details of the actions to be taken pursuant
to paragraph 6 of Article 2 of that Agreement to the GATT
Secretariat not later than 1 October 1994. The GATT Secretariat shall promptly circulate these
notifications to the other participants for information. These notifications will be made available to the Textiles
Monitoring Body, when established, for the purposes of paragraph 21
of Article 2 of the Agreement on Textiles and Clothing.
