Status reports: Surveillance of implementation of recommendations adopted by the DSB

While presenting its further status report on implementation in the banana case, the EC recalled that the procedure for the examination of the waiver — which the EC needs to apply the Cotonou Agreement — had started in the Goods Council on 5 October 2001.

Note

The panel report  (WT/DS108/RW) in the case on “United States — Tax Treatment for Foreign Sales Corporations: Recourse to Article 21.5 of the DSU by the European Communities” was removed from the agenda following the US decision to appeal the report.
