Appellate Body Annual Report
2007
The Appellate Body Annual Report provides useful information about the
composition of the Appellate Body, appeals field, Appellate Body Reports
circulated and the subject-matter of these Reports, participation of WTO
Members in appeals, issues relating to the Working Procedures for
Appellate Review, arbitrations pursuant to Article 21.3 of the DSU, and
other activities undertaken by the Appellate Body and its Secretariat
during the exercise.
