The Working Party on the accession of Belarus was established on 27 October 1993 and held its first meeting in June 1997. Bilateral market access negotiations are ongoing on the basis of revised offers on goods and services. A revised Factual Summary of Points Raised was prepared by the Secretariat in June 2007.
