 The responsibilities of the Management Committee include:
- Oversight of issues of general interest relating to trade-related technical assistance (strategy, modes of delivery, management, follow-up, relationships with beneficiaries and donors).
- Organization of specific activities (agenda, review of spending priorities, timing, human and financial resources, coordination with other agencies)
- Reporting to the Director-General periodically and making policy recommendations for the Director-General's consideration.
The Committee meets on a regular basis, usually every sixth week. It is chaired by the Deputy Director-General in charge of TRTA, and serviced by the Institute for Training and Technical Cooperation.
