Invitation to apply to participate in the WIPO-WTO colloquium for teachers of intellectual property

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the World Trade Organization (WTO) are jointly organizing a two-week colloquium for teachers of intellectual property from developing countries and countries with economies in transition. The 11th colloquium will take place in Geneva, Switzerland from 16-27 June 2014.

WIPO and the WTO acknowledge with appreciation the large response to their invitation for participation in the Colloquium to be held in Geneva, Switzerland from 16–27 June, 2014.

Successful candidates will be notified directly. Unfortunately, on this occasion it will not be possible to respond to each applicant that is not selected. We however, take this opportunity to thank each of you for the interest shown in this program.

The final selection will be made by the organizers, taking into consideration the need for regional and gender balance. Participants in previous colloquia may not apply within five years of their earlier participation, and where two applicants are equally ranked, preference will be given to applicants who have not previously taken part. Selected applicants will be directly notified by the organizers.
